Our Beginner Reformer Foundations class introduces you to the essentials—how to get on and off the reformer safely, spring setup, reformer adjustments, and smooth transitions. Every detail is guided with care to ensure your reformer is set precisely for your body’s needs.

Discover the transformative power of the reformer in a small group environment designed for personal attention and mindful movement. You’ll build strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and stability—laying the groundwork for your flow into more advanced classes.

To deepen your foundation, we recommend completing at least 8 Beginner or Level 1 sessions before progressing to Level 2 or 3. Each class is limited to 8 participants, allowing our expert instructors to guide, correct, and adapt movements for all fitness levels and ages.

STUDIO FLOW: Level 1 & 2 Reformer Flow

This session moves at an advanced pace, emphasizing seamless transitions, deep body awareness, and refined technique. A solid understanding of Pilates terminology, sequences, and setup is essential to fully engage in the elevated rhythm of this class.

Find your foundation in STUDIO FLOW’s Gentle Strength & Length—a low-impact, resistance-based class designed especially for beginners and Level 1 students who are new to Pilates.

This uplifting session focuses on lengthening and strengthening the body through controlled, mindful movement. Classes may be taught using the Pilatestick or the Pilates Tower, blending traditional Pilates principles with creative resistance work.

This session focuses on high-repetition sequences targeting glutes, abs, arms, and legs, combining classical Reformer exercises with innovative twists using the Tower and Chair.
